Isaac joined Kleiner Perkins in 2026 and works with portfolio companies on all aspects of commercializing their products, with a focus on B2B sales. Having experienced firsthand how uniquely hands-on the firm's portfolio operating team was during his time at Windsurf, he joined to give founders that same level of support as both an advisor and operator.

Prior to Kleiner Perkins, Isaac spent nearly a decade in sales and sales leadership at high-growth AI and infrastructure companies. Most recently, he led one of Cognition's Majors industry verticals, building it into one of its top-performing teams. He joined Cognition through its acquisition of Windsurf, a Kleiner Perkins portfolio company, where he was an early sales hire and the top global producer. Earlier, he joined Grafana Labs pre–Series A and rose through five promotions, four the fastest in company history, to lead a sales team covering some of its largest accounts.
