Jesse Ellingworth joined Kleiner Perkins in 2018 and focuses on investments in high-growth consumer internet, financial technology and gaming companies. Before joining Kleiner Perkins, Jesse was a technology M&A investment banker at Qatalyst Partners, where he advised AppDynamics on its $3.7B sale to Cisco, NetSuite on its $9.4B sale to Oracle, AlienVault on its sale to AT&T and Lithium on its sale to Vista Equity Partners. Jesse also worked on several business development assignments for companies such as Adobe, Alibaba, CA, Pinterest and Twitter. Jesse grew up in Sydney, Australia and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Mathematics from the College of Arts & Sciences and a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School.
