Joubin is a Partner at Kleiner Perkins, where he leads the portfolio operating team, and CEO and co-founder of Roadrunner, the firm's first incubation since Glean.

Joubin joined Kleiner Perkins in 2019 where he has helped founders and their teams build and scale go-to-market organizations. He advises KP portfolio companies on all aspects of building and scaling a robust go-to-market, and enables the firm's portfolio through high-impact relationships with executives and key ecosystem partners.

Prior to Kleiner Perkins, Joubin built and led multiple sales organizations through successful acquisitions. At Palo Alto Networks, he scaled the Cloud business from one enterprise rep and $2M ARR to over $50M ARR in four quarters. He previously built substantial parts of the sales teams at Evident.io (acquired Palo Alto Networks) and Bracket Computing (acquired by VMware).

Joubin is also the creator and host of Grit, a top 1% podcast worldwide that explores what it takes to build and scale history-making companies.
