Leo joined Kleiner Perkins in 2026 and focuses on growth-stage investments. Prior to Kleiner Perkins, Leo was investing at private equity firm TPG Capital and started his career at Morgan Stanley where he helped advise on multi-billion-dollar M&A transactions and financings.

Leo grew up in New Jersey and graduated from Harvard with a BA in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. Outside of work, Leo loves trying new restaurants and spending time outdoors playing tennis, golf, and skiing.
