Lindsey leads talent for Kleiner Perkins, supporting 200+ portfolio companies with GTM + G&A recruiting, talent strategy, and community building. She partners with early-stage founders as both a fractional recruiter and talent advisor - building founding teams, filling mission-critical leadership roles, and providing strategic guidance on org design, compensation benchmarking, and interview frameworks.

Previously, Lindsey was an early team member at Artisanal Talent, a boutique executive search firm, where she rose from Associate to Partner and placed 100+ GTM leaders at venture-backed B2B SaaS startups. Before pivoting to tech, she cut her teeth as a medical device rep selling to enterprise health systems in Silicon Valley.
