Nami joined Kleiner Perkins in 2026 and invests in early stage AI application, infrastructure, and hardware companies.

Prior to joining Kleiner Perkins, Nami was an investor at First Harmonic, where he advised founders on early product, ICP, and hiring strategy. Prior to investing, Nami was one of the first product engineers at Harvey, where he worked across new products and helped stand up the analytics team. Before that, he was a technical lead at Anduril on the early Lattice team, where he built distributed systems deployed in contested environments and worked closely with customers on software that powers the air defense stack.

Originally from Tehran, Nami immigrated to the United States and graduated from UC Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Outside of work, he likes to play tennis, cook, and write.
