Joubin Mirzadegan

Joubin joined Kleiner Perkins in 2019 where he leads portfolio operations, helping founders and their teams create and scale history making companies. Having spent his career at startups building several sales teams from 0-60M ARR, he plays a pivotal role in enabling the firm’s portfolio with operating support that spans go to market, product, engineering, and finance. Joubin is also the host of The Grit podcast.
