Welcoming Aatish Nayak to Kleiner Perkins

We’re excited to share that Aatish Nayak is joining Kleiner Perkins as a Partner.

Our mission is to be the first call for founders who want to make history, and to partner with them as company builders in pursuit of that goal. Aatish has spent the last nine years helping scale AI-native companies across three critical layers of the stack: robotic systems at Shield AI, data infrastructure at Scale AI, and enterprise deployment at Harvey. He’s also done extensive personal investments in applied AI companies including Simile, Nuvo, Pallet, Mercor, Nullify, SketchPro, and many more in stealth.

Most recently, Aatish was the first PM and VP of Product at Harvey. When he joined, Harvey was just 20 people with five customers. He helped build the early product, design, marketing, analytics, and support teams as Harvey became one of the defining applied AI companies for legal and professional services.

Across each chapter, Aatish has proven what great AI product leadership requires: deep technical fluency, relentless customer focus, sharp commercial sense, and strong opinions on how to turn frontier technology into products people trust and use every day. He has seen firsthand that great founders do not just build great products, but define the AI transformation layer for their industry, changing how work actually gets done.

Aatish will focus on partnering with AI-native founders with deep vertical expertise across all domains, bringing the perspective of an operator who has already helped build and scale category-defining products in the AI era.
