Ivy Lu

Ivy Lu is the legal director of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers China. She is mainly in charge of daily legal affairs of the fund.

Before joining KPCB China, Ivy served for Yifang Investment Co., Ltd and was a director of the company and its several invested enterprises; she had been responsible for investment negotiation, post-investment management and legal affairs as while as in charge of part funds of the company.

Ivy obtained a Master of Laws degree from Dalian Maritime University.
